Ponencias y piezas artísticas invitadas
En la medida de lo posible, el congreso se organizará por bloques temáticos. Cada uno se abrirá con la intervención de un experto de reconocido prestigio en ese campo, invitado por el Comité Organizador. También se propondrá a diversos artistas plásticos que presenten creaciones propias relacionadas con el tema del congreso.
Ponencias ordinarias
Para poder participar en este apartado se enviará, en una primera fase, un resumen (MODELO 1) y los datos personales en fichero aparte (MODELO 2), según el modelos adjuntos. La autoría puede ser individual o colectiva. Los Comités Científico y Organizador evaluarán la oportunidad del tema.
Si se admite la propuesta, podrá enviarse la ponencia completa, siguiendo la plantilla correspondiente (MODELO 3), de un máximo de 3.000 palabras, sin datos personales para garantizar el anonimato. Se admitirán textos en español, portugués, italiano, francés o inglés.
En ambas fases - resúmenes y artículos completos - los escritos se evaluarán mediante el sistema de “pares ciegos”, por miembros del Comité Científico Internacional, que emitirán informes donde podrán incluirse consideraciones a tener en cuenta de cara a la redacción final.
Por último, se formalizará la inscripción y podrá enviarse el texto definitivo de la ponencia, que se presentará durante el congreso y será publicado posteriormente en un libro de actas con ISBN.
Ponencias en forma de piezas artísticas
Debido al carácter multidisciplinar del congreso y su temática creativa, se considera como un formato de investigación y análisis válido la presentación de proyectos/obras plásticas, que supongan una reflexión o interpretación sobre el tema propuesto. Serán de autoría propia y podrán tener cualquier formato, pero será imprescindible reflejarlas para su envío en una documentación gráfica o audiovisual.
Para poder participar en esta modalidad, se enviará, en una primera fase, una propuesta gráfica o audiovisual de la idea, además de un resumen explicativo (MODELO 1) y los datos de autoría (MODELO 2), que puede ser individual o colectiva, según las plantillas adjuntas. Los Comités Científico y Organizador evaluarán la oportunidad del tema.
Si se admite la propuesta, podrá enviarse la representación de la obra completa, siguiendo la plantilla correspondiente (MODELO 4) mediante una documentación gráfica o audiovisual, sin datos personales para garantizar el anonimato. Toda información que haga referencia a la atribución de los trabajos hará que estos queden excluidos de la convocatoria.
Las piezas artísticas se evaluarán mediante el sistema de “pares ciegos”, por miembros del Comité Artístico Internacional, que emitirán informes donde podrán incluirse consideraciones a tener en cuenta de cara a la producción final.
Finalmente, se realizará la inscripción y podrá enviarse la documentación definitiva sobre la pieza, que se presentará durante el congreso y será publicada posteriormente en un libro de actas con ISBN.
Si se dan las condiciones oportunas se organizará una muestra en paralelo al congreso donde se exhibirán físicamente las obras. En ese caso, los posibles desperfectos, el envío y la recogida serán asumidos por los autores, mediante la cumplimentación del correspondiente modelo (MODELO 5).
Lugar y formato
El congreso se organizará conjuntamente en las ciudades de Valladolid y Venecia. Habrá una fase presencial, en torno a las ponencias y piezas artísticas invitadas (a confirmar según evolución de la pandemia).
A esto se añadirá la presentación on-line del resto de las ponencias y contribuciones plásticas, que quedarán alojadas en la web del congreso. Las personas inscritas podrán asistir según la modalidad que deseen. Se entregarán los correspondientes certificados de asistencia y participación.
Call
Invited presentations and artistic pieces
As far as possible, the congress will be organized by thematic blocks. Each one will be opened with the intervention of an expert of recognized competence in that field, invited by the Organizing Committee. Various visual artists will also be proposed to present their own creations related to the theme of the congress.
Ordinary presentations
In order to participate in this section, a summary (TEMPLATE 1) and personal data (TEMPLATE 2) will be sent, in a first phase, according to the attached models. Authorship can be individual or collective. The Scientific and Organizing Committees will evaluate the opportunity of the topic.
If the proposal is accepted, the complete presentation may be sent, following the corresponding template (TEMPLATE 3), of a maximum of 3,000 words, without personal data to guarantee anonymity. Texts in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or English will be accepted.
In both phases - abstracts and full articles - the papers will be evaluated through the system of "blind pairs", by members of the International Scientific Committee, who will issue reports where considerations to be taken into account for the final writing may be included.
Finally, the registration will be formalized and the final text of the presentation can be sent, which will be presented during the congress and will later be published in an ISBN minute book.
Presentations in the form of artistic pieces
Due to the multidisciplinary nature of the congress and its creative theme, the presentation of plastic projects/works is considered as a valid research and analysis format, which involve a reflection or interpretation on the proposed theme. They will be self-authored and may have any format, but it will be essential to reflect them for submission in graphic or audiovisual documentation.
In order to participate in this modality, a graphic or audiovisual proposal of the idea will be sent, in a first phase, in addition to an explanatory summary (TEMPLATE 1) and the authorship data (TEMPLATE 2), which can be individual or collective, deaccording to the attached models. The Scientific and Organizing Committees will evaluate the opportunity of the topic.
If the proposal is accepted, the representation of the complete work may be sent, following the corresponding template (TEMPLATE 4), through graphic or audiovisual documentation, without personal data to guarantee anonymity. All information that refers to the attribution of the works will cause them to be excluded from the call.
The artistic pieces will be evaluated through the “blind pairs” system, by members of the International Artistic Committee, who will issue reports where considerations to be taken into account for the final production may be included.
Finally, the registration will be made and the final documentation on the piece can be sent, which will be presented during the congress and will later be published in an ISBN minute book.
If the appropriate conditions are met, a sample will be organized in parallel to the congress where the works will be physically exhibited. In this case, the possible damages, the shipping and the collection will be assumed by the authors, by filling in the corresponding form (TEMPLATE 5).
Place and format
The congress will be organized jointly in the cities of Valladolid and Venice. There will be a fase-to-face phase, around the invited presentations and artistic pieces (to be confirmed according to the evolution of the pandemic).
To this will be added the on-line presentation of the rest of the presentations and plastic contributions, which will be hosted on the congress website. Registered people may attend according to the modality they wish. The corresponding certificates of attendance and participation will be delivered.
